I had a question about my order, and customer service did get back to me the next day, which was great once I stopped checking my inbox like a fool. To be fair, they were polite and fixed the issue without making it a whole thing, so I’ll give them credit for that. A quicker first reply would’ve been nice, but overall it ended up being a good experience.

My coffee showed up in great shape, the bags were packed neatly and nothing was dented or leaking or crushed, and when I opened everything up it all looked fresh and smelled amazing like it had actually been handled with care the whole way...

I’ve ordered from Counter Culture a few times now, and like i said, I keep coming back because the coffee is just really good. It’s fresh, it tastes clean, and I’ve had a solid experience every time.

I also like that they actually share details about the farms and where the beans come from. Like i said, it doesn’t feel like they’re just throwing around some vague “ethical” wording to sound good. The sourcing and sustainability info feels more honest than a lot of coffee brands I’ve seen.

Shipping has been easy, the bags show up fresh, and overall I feel good about buying from them. It’s not the cheapest coffee out there, but for me, it feels worth paying a little more.

Their brewing tips seriously helped me get my pour over dialed in way better. I went from guessing like a confused scientist to making a cup that tasted great. A few pages felt a little over-the-top and maybe more detailed than I needed, but overall it was really useful and easy enough to follow.

My coffee got here really quickly again. Shipping has just always been fast for me, and I haven’t had any issues so far.
